Position Purpose
Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations, reservations, guest seating, and service standards to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle reservations, guest seating, and daily guest counts.
• Ensure restaurant areas, equipment, linen, menus, and service stations are ready for operation.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide hotel information professionally.
• Report guest complaints, compliments, and operational issues to the Restaurant Manager.
• Support shift changes, table resetting, and smooth daily operations.
• Assist in supervising and training team members to maintain service standards.
• Maintain professional grooming, hygiene, and service standards.

Qualifications
• Diploma or technical certificate in a related field or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in 4 or 5-star properties.
• Good English communication skills.
• Service-minded, team-oriented, hardworking, and energetic.
• Able to adapt quickly and work effectively in different situations.
• Professional and confident in representing the hotel.
