Position Summary
To ensure that the financial statement is closed and audit on a timely manner and accurate and to provide necessary support to Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Accounting Department operations and supervise the accounting team.
- Prepare and review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, daily cash balances, payments, accounts receivable, credit card transactions, and collections.
- Review hotel payroll and ensure accuracy before processing.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate with department heads on budget preparation.
- Maintain effective financial controls and ensure all accounts are accurate before final approval.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare required financial information.
- Develop and maintain Accounting SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Train, guide, and develop Accounting team members to maintain professional and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, accounting procedures, and health, safety, and security requirements.
- Maintain effective working relationships with management and other departments.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.

• Strong supervisory skills and managerial skills
• Good inter- personal skills
• Good Computer literate
