Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the pool area while providing attentive and professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities
- -Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the pool area, sunbeds, tables, and waste bins.
- Regularly inspect the pool surroundings and remove rubbish promptly.
- Check pool furniture and equipment and report any damage or maintenance issues.
- Welcome and farewell guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with menus, food & beverage delivery, and bills when required.
- Monitor pool areas and ensure guests follow hotel rules, including adult-pool restrictions.
- Remain attentive to guest needs and assist with orders when requested.
- Clear food, beverages, and used items after guests leave the pool area.
- Report guest concerns, safety issues, or rule violations to the Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain professional conduct and remain attentive throughout working hours.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, pool, or F&B service environment is preferred.
- Basic to good English communication skills.
- Service-minded, friendly, attentive, and responsible.
- Good observation skills with strong awareness of cleanliness and guest safety.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Able to work outdoors and remain active throughout the shift.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operations.
