ตำแหน่ง : Hostess (Temporary)

รายละเอียด

Provide prompt, friendly, and professional restaurant service according to hotel standards. Support daily restaurant operations, including reservations, guest seating, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction during the temporary employment period.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and daily guest counts.
- Welcome and assist guests with friendly and professional service.
- Monitor restaurant service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Check restaurant cleanliness, equipment, linen, menus, and wine lists before service.
Handle telephone inquiries and guest messages.
- Assist with guest checks and maintain required operational records.
- Handle guest comments and report complaints or service issues to supervisors.
- Support the Restaurant Manager and F&B team in daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma, technical certificate, or higher qualification in a related field.
- Previous experience in F&B service, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality is preferred.
- Experience in a 4–5 star hotel or similar property is an advantage.
- Basic to good English communication skills.
- Service-minded, energetic, flexible, and hardworking.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational requirements.
