Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas including lobby, front office, restrooms, stairways, restaurants, offices, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and report any maintenance issues to the concerned department.
• Handle cleaning equipment carefully and follow housekeeping SOP standards at all times.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests while responding to guest comments or requests promptly.
• Support restaurant and public restroom cleaning duties when assigned.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, safety, and professionalism.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and support company values and teamwork culture.
• Follow all occupational health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Supervisors as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certificate in a related field or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel
• Basic English communication skills
• Able to read and write
• Positive attitude and service-minded personality
• Able to handle physically demanding work
• Well-organized and responsible
• Good personal appearance and grooming
• Strong, healthy, and able to work actively
