Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hotel’s preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
- Supervise engineers and technicians, ensuring inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
- Prepare and manage preventive maintenance schedules for hotel equipment and facilities.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to identify maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and report major concerns to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize disruption to guests and hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment reports, and inventory levels.
- Control maintenance supplies and costs effectively.
- Train and develop team members while promoting safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Support renovation projects and the installation of new equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel or large-scale facility maintenance, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance.
- Good leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Able to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations when required.
