The Junior Sous Chef supports the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality, hygiene standards, and efficient team performance. This role supervises kitchen team members, assists in food preparation, and helps maintain operational excellence aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years kitchen experience in hotel or restaurant environment.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Basic supervisory experience preferred.
