The Night Resort Host is responsible for ensuring smooth resort operations during overnight hours, delivering exceptional guest service, and acting as the primary contact point for guests throughout the night. This role ensures guest safety, handles late arrivals and requests, and maintains the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office experience (night shift preferred).
- Strong knowledge of PMS (Opera or similar).
- Good command of English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
