The Bartender is responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner. This role ensures consistency in drink quality, adherence to recipes and standards, and provides friendly, attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.

Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Guest-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
