The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned outlet(s), ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and full alignment with brand standards. This role leads and motivates the team to deliver service excellence while driving revenue, maintaining cost control, and fostering a positive working environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong guest service mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
