Job Description
Supporting the People & Culture team in driving operational transformation and host development from facilitating daily learning routines and onboarding to embedding brand culture.

This role balances hands-on service standards coaching with team engagement, change alignment, and supporting learning initiatives across all operational departments during our property transition.

QualificationsExperience:

- 2–3 years of operational supervisory experience in hospitality/resorts with training responsibilities, or - 1–2 years as a dedicated Learning/Training Supervisor.
Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation abilities, proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel), and solid understanding of luxury wellness service standards.
Expectations: High energy, excellent communication, adaptability in a changing environment, and a structured approach to learning frameworks.
Teamwork: A collaborative partner who can work closely with department heads and Learning Coaches to drive brand transition and host engagement.
