Position : Training Manager

Job Detail

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with company goals
• Identify training needs and create effective learning solutions
• Manage annual training plans, schedules, and evaluation processes
• Oversee Learning & Development (L&D) activities across the organization
• Coordinate with internal departments and external training providers
• Support employee engagement and foster a strong learning culture

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development (L&D)
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
• Experience in brand transition or pre-opening projects will be an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with teams
