ตำแหน่ง: Draftsman / CAD Operator
สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: จังหวัดภูเก็ต

รายละเอียดงาน:
• จัดทำและปรับปรุงแบบก่อสร้าง แบบสถาปัตยกรรม และแบบรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• สนับสนุนทีมออกแบบและทีมโครงการในการจัดทำแบบและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ปรับแก้แบบตามข้อคิดเห็นจากทีมออกแบบ ที่ปรึกษา หรือหน้างาน
• จัดการไฟล์ drawing และข้อมูลให้เป็นระเบียบและพร้อมใช้งาน
• ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้แบบมีความถูกต้องและสอดคล้องกับงานจริง

คุณสมบัติ:
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรืออนุปริญญา สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม วิศวกรรม ก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานเขียนแบบหรือ CAD drafting
• สามารถใช้ AutoCAD ได้ดี หากใช้ SketchUp / Revit ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถจัดการเอกสารได้ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการวิลล่า โรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานประจำที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Position: Draftsman / CAD Operator
Location: Phuket, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and revise construction drawings, architectural drawings, and related technical details
• Support the design and project teams in producing drawings and relevant documents
• Revise drawings based on comments from designers, consultants, or site requirements
• Organize drawing files and technical information in a structured manner
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with actual site conditions

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related fields
• Relevant experience in drafting or CAD drawing work
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp / Revit will be an advantage
• Detail-oriented with good document management skills
• Experience in villa, hotel, resort, or real estate projects will be an advantage
• Able to work full-time on-site in Phuket
• Good command of English will be an advantage
