What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to maximise the efficiency and lifespan of MEP equipment
- Monitor and analyse MEP system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to track the performance and status of MEP systems
- Mentor and supervise the MEP technician team, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service
- Ensure all MEP operations comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

What we're looking for
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an MEP Manager or in a similar senior engineering role
- Excellent understanding of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance practices
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record of leading and motivating technical teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
