We are searching for an Engineering Project Manager to lead the technical and engineering delivery of a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Lead and manage all engineering disciplines (civil, structural, MEP) from design coordination through construction and commissioning
● Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with design intent, codes, and international standards
● Coordinate with architects, design consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure buildability
● Manage engineering contractors and subcontractors on site, including work programs, quality control, and technical inspections
● Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of all engineering systems
● Identify and mitigate technical risks, and provide engineering input into project planning and scheduling
● Ensure all engineering works comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project quality requirements
● Provide operational input into design and construction phases
● Report directly to the overall Project Lead
