We are searching for a Store Keeper to manage site materials, equipment, and inventory for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies at the site store
● Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels, and conduct regular stock counts
● Issue materials and equipment to site teams and contractors, ensuring proper documentation
● Organize storage areas to ensure materials are kept safely, securely, and in good condition
● Coordinate with procurement and site teams to track material deliveries against project schedules
● Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages, and support timely resupply of critical materials
● Report to the Site Manager / relevant Project Manager
