Position: Director of Operations (ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายปฎิบัติการ)

Qualifications :
*Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent
*Experience in senior leadership within international or luxury hospitality management.
*Experience in pre-opening operations.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to achieve operational goals.
*Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead, oversee the operations to ensure the resort's standards are met and exceeded.
* Engage in the decision-making processes and ensure the implementation of decisions across resort operations.
* Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and reporting to achieve financial and operational goals.
* Assist the GM in developing and implementing budgets, financial controls, policies, and training plans.
* Regularly review financial performance, manage costs, and identify opportunities to optimize revenue for the resort.
* Establish and maintain high service standards in all guest areas, ensuring a motivated and service-oriented team.
* Foster strong relationships with guests and strive to meet and exceed their expectations in collaboration with the GM.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones for the resort.
