Position Overview
The Marketing Communication Executive is a creative employee who is the caretaker of the KAIA brand's voice. Responsible for sharing our story of laidback luxury, barefoot living, and shared connection with the world. This role manages our digital and print communications, ensuring they are beatific, open, and authentic, reflecting the resort's true, unscripted character.

Responsibility
• Develop and execute engaging content for all social media channels, reflecting the genuine, unscripted moments of KAIA life.
• Manage and create compelling marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, blog posts, and online promotions.
• Ensure all marketing materials, from the website to brochures, are up-to-date and reflect the warm and beatific brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to promote resort experiences, events, and unique offerings.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure our communication strategy is effective.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners who align with the KAIA philosophy.

Required Qualification
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
• Skills: Strong content creation, writing, and storytelling abilities. Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, and basic graphic design. Analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Personal attributes: A highly creative, warm, and collaborative individual. A caretaker of the resort's brand image and storytelling, committed to authenticity and open communication.
