DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Schedules appointments with clients to start membership or follow up on past memberships
● Conducts familiarisation tours throughout the facilities with new members and customers
● Monitors the front desk and answers incoming calls, greets customers as they enter the gym, and answers questions about the facility’s services
● Processes membership applications and fees collect insurance information, and issues memberships
● Takes care of basic customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members
● Updates member records with new contact information and payment details
● Maintains membership records and processing fees as directed by management
● Collects payment from members for gym services rendered
● Explains facility policies and procedures to new members and helps them get acquainted with the facility
● Books personal training sessions (or other services) and/or facilities according to customers request
● Supports Team with events, camps and other activities
● Hands over towels, locker keys and drinking cups to customers/members; as well as receives them upon exit
● Monitors stock of towels , performs monthly inventories of towels along with retail and beverages
● Administrative tasks such as inputting Coach's weekly/monthly rosters into Xennon system.

REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor’s degree in any field
● At least 1-year experience in service industry
● Pleasant appearance and personality, service-minded
● Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
● A high level of passion for succeeding and self-motivated
● Outstanding knowledge of products and services
● Ability to work independently without direct supervision and cohesively as a team
● Ability to be a clear thinker, analyse and resolve problems, exercise good judgment
● Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding/difficult situations
● Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods
● A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● The person has to bring a hands-on approach
● Ideal candidate should have a keen interest in fitness and health
