ตำแหน่ง : Flatwork Ironer

Job Purpose:
The Flatwork Ironer is responsible for Iron linens used in guest rooms, dining areas, and other fabrics requiring a large flatwork ironer for hotels in the Laguna group, external customers, and other businesses, ensuring no damage to the items.

Key Result Areas:
• Inspect and clean machines and equipment before each use to ensure cleanliness and workplace safety.
• Prepare the machine by activating steam, air, and electricity to ensure readiness for operation.
• Sort fabrics by size, type, and color before ironing to match the appropriate ironing program.
• Carefully feed fabrics into the flatwork ironer to prevent damage to the items.
• Iron fabrics according to the department's production standards.
• Sort the ironed fabrics by size, color, and type for accurate record-keeping on the delivery tag.
• Count and record the quantity on the delivery tag to inform customers and serve as proof for billing.
• Verify accuracy before placing the fabrics into the trolley cart to ensure they belong to the correct customer.
• Place the completed items in the designated area for dispatch to ensure readiness for delivery.
• Report any fabric damage to the supervisor for corrective action and customer notification.
• Report any machine malfunctions to the supervisor for necessary repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
• Lower secondary education or higher.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of laundry processes (washing, drying, ironing).
