Job Description
As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Front Office Manager to spearhead the Front Office Department and oversee its daily operations. Your role is pivotal in upholding the utmost standards of quality in both products and services. Dedication to delivering an exceptional level of service to all guests is paramount. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to the development of skills and competencies among direct reports and colleagues, ensuring a continuous commitment to excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
-Previous experience working in 5 star resorts
-Previous experience as Duty Manager or Guest Relations Manager
-Experienced in Opera PMS
-Fluent in English, both written and verbal
-Must hold a local citizenship

-High attention to detail, ownership and accountability
-Excellent time management skills
