???? About the Role

As the Senior Storekeeper Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our supply chain management. Your primary focus will be managing inventory levels and executing rigorous control processes for all resort consumables, chemicals, and equipment. This role requires a meticulous professional who can optimize storage space, ensure data accuracy in our systems, and maintain seamless coordination with all department heads to support our 5-star operations.

???? What You’ll Do

Execute weekly inventories of resort consumables, chemicals, and equipment to ensure 100% accuracy.

Monitor and review stock levels continuously to identify potential shortages and provide timely reports to all departments.

Prepare and submit regular orders for consumables and chemicals to relevant stakeholders and Department Heads for review and approval.

Collaborate closely with all Department Heads to maintain optimal stock control and meet operational needs.

Adhere to the internal requisition schedules as implemented by resort management.

Supervise unloading and loading procedures, ensuring all products are moved into proper storerooms within established timeframes.

Maintain strict adherence to all health, hygiene, and safety standards and procedures.

Follow all resort policies regarding store operations and company-wide safety protocols at all times.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, ideally within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.

Skills: High level of organizational skill and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities regarding logistics and stock discrepancies.

Education/Certifications: Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Hospitality, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with electronic inventory management systems.

Communication: Good command of English & Thai is essential.
