Job Detail

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate lighting, sound, microphone, projector, and audiovisual equipment
• Monitor and control audio and lighting systems during events
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide immediate solutions during operations
• Perform regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment
• Coordinate with Event, Banquet, and other departments regarding event requirements
• Support stage setup, dismantling, and equipment arrangement
• Ensure all equipment is safely stored and handled properly
• Maintain inventory and report damaged or missing equipment
• Follow safety procedures and hotel standards at all times

Qualifications
• High school diploma or vocational certificate in related field
• Experience in sound, lighting, or audiovisual operations is preferred
• Basic knowledge of audio systems, mixers, microphones, and lighting controls
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work under pressure during live events
