Position : Health & Wellness Advisor

Job Detail

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct wellness consultations and lifestyle assessments
• Design personalized nutrition and wellness plans
• Provide holistic lifestyle coaching and behavior-change support
• Collaborate with fitness, medical, spa, and F&B teams
• Lead wellness workshops and educational sessions
• Support guests through long-term wellness transformation journeys
• Contribute wellness content for social media and digital platforms

Requirements
• Degree in Nutrition, Health Science, Dietetics, or related field
• Certification in Health/Wellness Coaching preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in wellness consulting, nutrition coaching, or related roles
• Strong English communication skills
• Passion for holistic wellbeing and personalized guest care
• Professional presentation suitable for a luxury hospitality environment

Preferred Background
• Experience in wellness resorts, retreats, medical spas, or luxury hospitality
• Knowledge of functional nutrition, gut health, stress management, or lifestyle medicine
• Experience working with international or VIP clientele
