รายละเอียด

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar position is an advantage.

- Good command of Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Pleasant personality, service-minded attitude, and a strong passion for guest satisfaction.

- Able to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

- An HSK Level 4 certificate or higher is an advantage and will be given special consideration.
