Responsible for ensuring guest safety, cleanliness, and excellent service in the swimming pool area. Maintain pool facilities, assist guests with their needs, support food and beverage service, and create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable poolside experience in accordance with hotel standards.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pool Attendant or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
- Good basic knowledge of CPR, first aid, and pool safety procedures.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude and strong service mind.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver excellent guest service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and upselling techniques.
- Good teamwork, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to learn and comply with hotel policies and safety standards.
