Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Technician Supervisor to oversee the technical maintenance and engineering operations of our villas in Phuket Pasak. This role combines on-site coordination, preventive maintenance, and team supervision to ensure high-quality upkeep and smooth functioning of all villa systems.
Work with friendly young staff colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support our on-site gardener/technician to achieve daily and long-term maintenance goals.

• Proactive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of all villas, equipment, and utilities. Drive the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues before they arise.

• Expert Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical expert to diagnose and efficiently resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues.

• Vendor & Project Coordination: Manage relationships with external contractors. Source and validate quotes for repairs and improvement projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

• Operations & Asset Management: Manage the inventory of supplies, tools, and materials. Ensure tools are properly maintained and stored, and oversee utility payments to ensure they are monitored and paid on time.

• Quality Control & Reporting: Monitor the quality of landscaping and garden upkeep. Maintain clear records of all maintenance activities and report regularly on statuses and technical recommendations.

Qualifications & experience for Engineering Supervisor
คุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการสำหรับตำแหน่ง Engineering Supervisor
• Proven experience in a technical or maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry (hotels or villas).

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, air conditioning, water pumps, and swimming pools.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Good communication skills in both English and Thai.
