ตำแหน่งงาน: AI-Assisted Developer & Prompt Engineer

ภาพรวมของตำแหน่ง (Overview)
เรากำลังมองหาผู้ที่มีความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยี เรียนรู้เร็ว และสามารถใช้ AI ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม เพื่อเข้าร่วมทีมดิจิทัลของเราในจังหวัดภูเก็ต

หน้าที่หลักคือการนำระบบต้นแบบด้าน Revenue Analytics ที่พัฒนาด้วย Replit มาต่อยอดและเชื่อมต่อเข้ากับระบบหลัก OTO Park Management ของบริษัท

ตำแหน่งนี้ ไม่ใช่งานเขียนโค้ดแบบดั้งเดิม แต่เรากำลังมองหา “Vibe Coder” ที่สามารถใช้ AI เช่น Gemini, ChatGPT และ Replit Agents เพื่อพัฒนา แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด และนำระบบไปใช้งานจริงได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Core Responsibilities)

AI-Driven Development
ใช้เทคนิคการเขียน Prompt กับ AI เพื่อพัฒนาและดูแล Dashboard ที่ใช้ React และระบบ Backend ที่ใช้ Node.js

API Integration
เชื่อมต่อระบบของบริษัทกับ Pisell/Funtovia POS API เพื่อดึงข้อมูลรายได้และจัดการข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง

Logic Implementation
สร้างและทดสอบกฎทางธุรกิจที่ซับซ้อน เช่น
-ระบบคำนวณจำนวนแขกอัตโนมัติ
-การจัดการส่วนลดแบบ Dynamic
-การแสดงข้อมูลช่วงปิดเทอมของโรงเรียน

System Optimization
ดูแลและพัฒนาระบบ Data Caching เพื่อให้แอป OTO ทำงานได้รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ

คุณสมบัติ (Requirements)
-ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และการพิมพ์
-ต้องพิมพ์เร็วและสามารถใช้งานเครื่องมือพัฒนาโปรแกรมได้อย่างคล่อง เช่น Replit, GitHub, VS Code
-ต้องสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน เพื่อสื่อสารเรื่องเทคนิคกับทีมผู้บริหารต่างชาติ
-ทักษะการใช้ AI ในการเขียนโค้ด
-มีความสามารถในการใช้ AI เพื่อเขียนโค้ด
แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด (Bug Fix)
-ออกแบบโครงสร้างระบบซอฟต์แวร์

ทักษะการวิเคราะห์
ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่คัดลอกโค้ด แต่ต้องเข้าใจเหตุผลเบื้องหลังของข้อมูลรายได้และพฤติกรรมลูกค้า

ทำงานในภูเก็ตได้
ต้องสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมในพื้นที่ กมลา / ฉลอง

Job Vacancy: AI-Assisted Developer & Prompt Engineer

(Thai or Burmese)

Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy, fast-learning AI-Assisted Developer (Prompt Engineer) to join our digital operations team in Phuket. You will be responsible for taking our successful revenue analytics prototypes (built in Replit) and integrating them into our main OTO Park Management ecosystem.

This is not a traditional "manual coding" role. We are looking for a "Vibe Coder"—someone who can use AI models (Gemini, ChatGPT, Replit Agents) to rapidly build, debug, and deploy business intelligence tools.

Core Responsibilities
-AI-Driven Development: Use advanced prompting techniques to develop and maintain React-based dashboards and Node.js backends.

API Integration: Connect our systems to the Pisell/Funtovia POS API to pull and clean revenue data.

Logic Implementation: Build and test complex business rules (e.g., automated guest headcount logic, dynamic discount mapping, and school holiday overlays).

System Optimization: Maintain and improve our data caching layers to ensure the OTO App remains fast and responsive.

Requirements
-Computer Typing & Tech Fluency: Must be extremely fast and comfortable navigating development environments (Replit, GitHub, VS Code).
-English Communication: Strong verbal and written
-English is essential to communicate technical requirements and work with international management.

AI Prompting Skills: Proven ability to use AI to write code, fix bugs, and architect software modules.

Analytical Mindset: You don't just copy-paste; you understand the "why" behind the revenue data and guest behavior.

Phuket-Based: Must be able to work with the team in Kamala/Chalong.
