2. Extensive experience in a high-end culinary environment, preferably with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants
3. Oversees all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, quality control, and kitchen staff management
4. Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
