YONA, the world's first floating beach club, is hiring a Floor Manager. You're a native Thai speaker with strong spoken English and proven experience running the floor in a high-volume, premium venue.

You'll lead every service: the team, the guests and the numbers. Private cabanas, daybeds, a 22-metre infinity pool and VIP tables that spend big and expect more. You'll be the calm, confident presence at the centre of it all.

What you'll do
• Lead every service from the floor: brief the team before doors open, stay visible and approachable, and step in the moment the pressure peaks.

• Look after our top VIPs personally, from seamless table visits to special requests, and turn every complaint into a reason to come back.

• Own the Beverage and Bottle Service numbers: revenue, beverage and labour costs, stock takes and pricing, all hitting budget.

• Be the role model your team looks up to, with real-time coaching, ongoing training and appraisals that keep standards and spirits high.

• Keep the operation audit-ready and fully compliant, from hygiene and risk to shift reports, and share fresh market insight with the management team.

What you'll bring
• Native Thai speaker with strong spoken English. Other languages are a bonus.

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or senior supervisor in a high-volume, premium venue such as a beach club, nightlife spot or luxury hotel.

• A sharp commercial head. You know your margins, your cost controls and how to grow bottle service revenue.

• A transparent, consistent and motivating leadership style, and a true team player who works hand in hand with fellow managers.

• Total composure under pressure, a natural way with high-spending guests, and strong organisation and reporting skills.
