Reports To:
• Director of Sales
• Administrative Manager
1. Executive & Personal Assistance (Director of Sales)
• Manage and coordinate the Director of Sales’ calendar, including meetings, appointments, and interviews
• Arrange reservations, and scheduling logistics
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the Director of Sales
2. Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative support to the management team
• Handle banking matters, company errands, and information research
• Assist in preparing reports, documents, and internal communications as needed
3. Cross-Departmental Support
• Sales Department:
• Assist in preparing client gifts and supporting sales-related activities
• Marketing Department:
• Support product sourcing, market research, purchasing, and logistics coordination
• Driver/Transportation:
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for clients and company needs
• Human Resources:
• Assist in organizing staff engagement activities (e.g., birthday celebrations)
4. Operations & Supervision
• Supervise daily operations of Reception, Housekeeping, and Technicians
• Ensure smooth front-office and facility operations
5. Facilities & Office Management
• Oversee the Sales Gallery, including infrastructure, supplies, and maintenance
