ตำแหน่ง: Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Cost Engineer
สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: จังหวัดภูเก็ต

รายละเอียดงาน:
• จัดทำและตรวจสอบ BOQ, cost estimate และเอกสารด้านต้นทุนของโครงการ
• วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนงานก่อสร้าง วัสดุ และรายการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานกับทีมออกแบบ ผู้รับเหมา และผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดทำข้อมูลต้นทุน
• ตรวจสอบ variation, budget control และสนับสนุนการควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการ
• จัดทำรายงานต้นทุนและข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจของฝ่ายบริหาร

คุณสมบัติ:
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา การก่อสร้าง บริหารงานก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QS / Cost Estimation / Cost Control / BOQ
• สามารถอ่านแบบและวิเคราะห์รายการงานก่อสร้างได้
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและทักษะการคำนวณที่ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการวิลล่า โรงแรม รีสอร์ท หรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานประจำที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตได้
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Cost Engineer
Location: Phuket, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, and project costing documents
• Analyze construction costs, materials, and related work items
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and related stakeholders to prepare cost information
• Review variations, budget control, and support project cost management
• Prepare cost reports and supporting data for management decision-making

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction, Construction Management, or related fields
• Relevant experience in QS / Cost Estimation / Cost Control / BOQ
• Able to read drawings and analyze construction work items
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and calculation skills
• Experience in villa, hotel, resort, or real estate projects will be an advantage
• Able to work full-time on-site in Phuket
• Good command of English will be an advantage
