Job Description:

Join our team at Krabi International School as an Education Marketing Specialist and help develop our school community. The Education Marketing Specialist will oversee the management of the admissions process, from initial contact with prospective families through to the successful completion of enrolment. This position involves hosting school tours, overseeing admissions procedures, analysing admissions trends and planning and operating marketing events. They are expected to ensure a seamless and personalised experience for prospective families while being accountable for the integrity of the admissions process.

We are looking for a multilingual candidate with exceptional communication, public relations and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be able to use CRM programmes and online marketing tools to support the attraction and conversion of prospective families into members of our school community. Job Benefits:

• Starting salary including allowances of 35,000 baht per month.
• On target earnings (OTE) 40,000-45,000 baht.
• Initial 2-year contract with the opportunity for extension based on performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role within an educational institution
• Expert English speaker.
• Strong references and a clean criminal background check.
• Previous experience in an international school or educational setting is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or goals.
• Experience working in a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation.

• ผลงานหรือประสบการณ์ที่แสดงให้เห็นว่าสามารถทำยอดขายหรือบรรลุเป้าหมายได้
• ประสบการณ์ทำงานในองค์กรที่มีการเติบโตและเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
