We are searching for an MEP Coordinator to lead the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across design and construction for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Coordinate MEP design across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines to identify and resolve clashes
● Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and BIM models for coordination accuracy and compliance with design intent
● Facilitate coordination meetings between MEP consultants, contractors, architects, and structural engineers
● Track MEP submittals, RFIs, and design changes, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across teams
● Monitor MEP installation sequencing on site to ensure alignment with the coordinated design
● Support testing, commissioning, and handover coordination for all MEP systems
● Report to the Engineering Project Manager
