- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, learning design, facilitation, and training evaluation.
- Experience in developing and implementing learning and development programs.
- Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
