● You have worked in well known bars & restaurants and you have an eye for detail.
● You have ‘empathy’, genuinely keen in reaching out to guests, team, suppliers and the community to create on-going events and the best guests’ experiences.
● You are experienced in stock management, sticking to par levels and consistently checking the quality of drinks.
● We are looking for someone to follow all Food Safety & Kitchen Hygiene.
● You have an eye for quality and passion for personalized service for casual-luxury travelers.
● You are comfortable working with the daily operations basis and management of the beach club.
● You will need to be able to multitask well.
● Be resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
● You are keen to learn new technology and able to adapt quickly into various digital systems.
● You can speak Thai fluently and be able to communicate in English.
● You are able to relocate to Koh Samui, enjoy the beaches and outdoors!
