2. FB Coordinator
- Coordinate and support the F&B management team with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare, distribute, and archive reports, memos, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing departmental budgets, sales reports, and inventory tracking.
- Liaise between the F&B department and other departments such as Kitchen, Banquets, and Front Office.
- Ensure smooth communication within the F&B team and act as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
- Support the execution of promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain records and filing systems for licenses, hygiene audits, and staff documentation.
