We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Design Architect / Project Manager to join our growing in-house development team in Koh Samui.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the planning, design, renovation, and construction delivery of a series of boutique hospitality and lifestyle projects located in the heart of Fisherman's Village.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project development from concept through completion
• Prepare drawings, technical documentation, BOQ and tender packages
• Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and procurement processes
• Oversee construction activities and attend site regularly as Resident Architect
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality control and reporting
• Solve complex renovation and on-site construction challenges
• Work closely with the development team to create unique, high-quality hospitality products



Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 10+ years architectural and project management experience
• Strong experience in renovation, restoration, adaptive reuse and hospitality projects
• Experience working with timber / wooden structures preferred
• Able to prepare construction drawings and coordinate all disciplines
• Strong knowledge of Thai construction practices and regulations
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and tender processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in both English and Thai

About the Project

Our current projects include the redevelopment of several properties within Fisherman's Village, including: • Renovation of traditional wooden buildings over 50 years old
• Redevelopment of existing three-storey structures
• Boutique hospitality and lifestyle projects focused on preserving local character while creating exceptional guest experiences

This role requires a practical architect who enjoys working on-site and can confidently manage renovation challenges from start to finish.

Working day 6 days a week Monday to Saturday 08.00-17.00
