Job Description
Lead daily Spa and Wellness operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Fivelements service standards. Oversee the spa team, treatment quality, reservations, and facility readiness while managing revenue, costs, and team development. Work closely with the multidisciplinary wellness team and all hotel departments to ensure seamless service and a coordinated guest experience.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 - 5 years spa management experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or wellness resort.
Hold a valid Spa Operator Licence recognised in Thailand.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, service standards, budgeting, and reservation/POS systems.
Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a team of therapists.
Excellent communication and guest relations skills, with a proactive approach to resolving concerns.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary wellness team and hotel operations teams.
Good level of spoken and writen English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
