We are currently looking for a talented individual with excellent English skills and a passion for customer care to become part of our growing international team.

Your Role — Creating Exceptional Client Experiences
You will be one of the key people shaping how our international clients feel from the very first message to the final follow-up.

Customer Experience
-- Welcome and care for international clients with confidence and genuine warmth
-- Guide clients through their treatment journey with clear, professional communication
-- Ensure every detail reflects luxury service standards
-- Build long-term relationships and trust with clients

Marketing & Brand Communication
-- Communicate fluently in English across messaging, social media, and client interactions
-- Support content creation, storytelling, and brand communication
-- Assist in campaigns, promotions, and wellness partnerships
-- Help maintain a premium, elegant, and consistent brand image

Client Relationship & Growth
-- Understand client needs and support personalized recommendations (with doctor guidance)
-- Encourage repeat visits and loyalty through excellent service
-- Gather feedback and help continuously improve the client experience

Who We Are Looking For

-- Excellent spoken and written English (international-level communication)

-- Strong confidence working with foreign clients
-- Professional appearance and positive attitude
-- Strong communication and organizational skills
