Requirements & Qualifications
• Language: High fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing social media business accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Experience in hospitality and wellness is a major plus.
• Platform Savvy: Understanding of current social trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices
• Eye for Detail: A keen eye for aesthetic visual alignment, and strict adherence to Samahita brand guideline
• Personality: Proactive, organized, communicative, and comfortable interacting warmly with international guests and on-site team members. A personal interest in health, yoga, or holistic wellness is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
• Channel Management & Scheduling: Oversee the publishing schedule on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube using scheduling tools (we use Notion). Ensure all posts go live accurately and on time.
• Active Story Creation: Capture daily, organic "in-the-moment" moments around the retreat (guest energy, live-classes, beautiful views, healthy buffet items) to create engaging, dynamic daily Instagram/Facebook Stories as needed.
• Visual Assets Management: Managed edited visual assets library, match them with approved posts schedules and captions, ensuring readiness for posting at the different platforms.
• Community Engagement: Monitor notifications, reply to comments, and promptly answer direct messages (DMs) with a warm, helpful, and professional tone, routing booking inquiries to our reservations team as necessary.
• Basic Content Editing: You should feel comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or in-app tools to add text overlays, stickers, and clear Calls-to-Action (CTAs) to stories and reels.
