Position Purpose:
The Spa Manager oversees daily spa operations, including team management, guest service, inventory, and financial performance, while ensuring high service standards and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Manage, train, and schedule spa team to optimize performance.
• Deliver excellent guest service and handle feedback professionally.
• Control inventory, supplies, and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Manage budget, monitor financial performance, and drive revenue.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, promotions, and events.
• Maintain service quality through regular training and inspections.
• Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Promote workplace safety and minimize operational risks.

Qualification Standards:
• 4-year college degree preferred, with a background in massage, skincare services.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in customer service and spa operations.
• Excellent command of the English.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Service-oriented with strong guest awareness.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
