JOB SPECIFICATION:
Supervise children at all times during Kid’s Club activities
Ensure children’s safety, wellbeing, and positive behavior
Follow child protection and safety policies strictly
Plan and conduct age-appropriate games, sports, arts & crafts, and educational activities
Encourage creativity, teamwork, and social interaction
Adapt activities to suit different ages, abilities, and interests
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Strong communication English skill
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Childcare or child safety training is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise and manage groups of children safely
Creative and energetic with the ability to lead fun, age-appropriate activities
Good problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
Teamwork and cooperation with other staff members
