Job Responsibilities
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
• Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
• Train and guide junior kitchen employees
• Monitor stock levels and report purchasing needs
• Act on behalf of the Sous Chef when assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum 2–3 years of kitchen experience
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure
• Responsible, disciplined, and positive attitude
• Experience in hotels or high-standard restaurants is an advantage
