*** Job Summary
The Assistant Group Director of Food & Beverage will assist the Group DFB in overseeing, directing, and administering all Food & Beverage operations across the 3 properties in the group. This role focuses on maintaining multi-property service
standards, driving revenue, controlling food & beverage costs, and developing talent. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategic planning and property-level execution to ensure consistency and profitability.

*** Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Property Operations & Quality Assurance.
2. Financial & Revenue Management.
3. Cost Control & Procurement.
4. People Management & Talent Development.

*** Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant DFB, preferably with multi-property management experience or working within a reputable hotel chain/cluster.
- Strong financial acumen (P&L management, food cost control, budgeting).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken) for professional corporate correspondence.
- Ability to travel regularly between all properties as required.
