รายละเอียด

Key Responsibility:
- Sales Generation: Proactively sources, and close sales for restaurant, bar, and private event bookings.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries, site inspections, and menu tasting.
- Event Coordination: Work with kitchen and service team to ensure events are exected to customer specifications.
- Revenue Management: Implement pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and promotions to increase average checks and department profit.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare contracs, proposals, sales reports, and forecaste.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in hospitality, sales or guest service.
2. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
3. Strong understanding in F&B products, industry trends, and POS systems.
4. Hight organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
