ตำแหน่ง : Sales Manager (Non-Hotel)

รายละเอียด

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and penetrate new market segments that have not previously utilized hotel services.
-Develop and present innovative sales strategies to drive revenue for both room bookings and catering/banquet events.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with new corporate clients and business partners.
-Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts to maximize the hotel's revenue and business benefits.
-Analyze market trends and consumer behavior from a non-hotel perspective to create a competitive advantage.
-Coordinate effectively with internal hotel teams to deliver customized services and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a sales-driven role from other industries.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets with continuous business growth.
-Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
-Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written)
-Creative, highly motivated, quick to learn new hotel systems, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
