** Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in reservations
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiar with hotel reservation systems (Opera)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
