Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Villa Rental and Management Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the rentals and management of our exclusive luxury villas. This is an office-based position, requiring excellent written and spoken English skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of luxury villa rentals and management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential guests, providing accurate information and detailed descriptions of our villas and services.
- Coordinate reservations, including managing availability, rates, and booking confirmations.
- Prepare and distribute rental agreements, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that each villa is maintained to the highest standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the villas to ensure they are in excellent condition and ready for guest arrivals.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including updating the website, creating content, and managing social media accounts.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the local area, attractions, and amenities to provide recommendations and assist guests with their travel plans.
Requirements:
- Perfect written and spoken English is essential for this position.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality or property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
