Job Detail

• 3-7 years in luxury hotels with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position
• Good English language skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.
• Detailed knowledge of working practices of housekeeping.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Ability to cope with pressure
• Ability to work a personal computer.
• Capable of preparing reports and presentations in English.
• Knowledge of local language.
• Proven track record in hotel of similar standard in similar capacity
• In possession of all faculties
• Strong resistance
